Care providers in Ireland given ‘PASS’ to award winning digital compliance tools
)
everyLIFE Technologies has pledged to support care providers in Ireland to overcome sector challenges and demonstrate regulatory compliance after launching its PASS system in the country.
PASS, a digital care management platform, was introduced in the UK in 2014 and is now used by over 1,200 services and supporting more than 85,000 carers every day.
everyLIFE said its system will now enable providers in Ireland to save time, reduce risk and focus on delivering quality care.
Robin Batchelor (pictured), CEO at everyLIFE Technologies, said: “We’re delighted to launch PASS in Ireland. Providers here are facing the same challenges we’ve helped UK organisations overcome - growing demand, workforce pressures, and the need to demonstrate safe, effective care to HIQA.”
Care providers in Ireland are under increasing pressure to demonstrate safe, person-centred care in line with HIQA standards.
PASS is designed to support this by updating care plans in real time, so frontline teams always have the latest information to hand.
It also features medication management, rostering and finance tools, allowing providers to keep clear, auditable records, ensure rotas are accurate and compliant, track staff availability and punctuality, and monitor travel demands.
Care providers in Ireland will also be able to access PASSgenius, a suite of AI and data-driven features unveiled in April this year.
PASSgenius analyses care notes, rostering data and service activity to surface patterns that may otherwise be missed. It highlights changes in health or wellbeing, flags potential risks and generates clear summaries for review.
Mr Batchelor said: “PASS simplifies daily care delivery, while PASSgenius™ gives leaders the insight and foresight they need to plan for the future. Crucially, this launch has been co-produced with Irish carers to ensure the platform reflects local needs and expectations.”
