The Care Managers Inner Circle was catapulted into the limelight during the 2020 COVID pandemic when its founder Jonathan broadcast for over 6 month every night providing a support network to isolated care managers battling in social care across UK. The group mantra was ‘Bring it on’ ‘Lets do this’ and ‘Battle Knickers on’…these endearing cries solidified its foundations of a helping space for care managers and senior executives. It now has a proud following of over 5.7k members.

Established by Jonathan nearly 7 years ago on a sun lounger in Fuerteventura it is similar to many other existing Facebook Groups. CMIC aims to provide mutual support and companionship. Yet the inner Circle is different. Its USP remains its purity, honesty and integrity. Only care managers and senior executives involved in social care may join. It has a 50% rejection rate so they are a fussy bunch but quality over quantity remains important to its founding core values. It remains a strict domain and safe space within which no advertising or promoting is permitted. So absolutely NO consultants, recruiters or training organisations. This allows care managers to discuss issues and problems without scrolling through a timeline of irritating adverts and promotion. It aims to always be a safe protected space of support and guidance.
