Leading a national homecare franchise through the pandemic

Ken Deary is the CEO of national homecare franchise Right at Home UK. Ken started his professional career as a Chartered Accountant before 11 highly successful years as a McDonald''s franchisee, during which time he won the prestigious McDonald''s Golden Arches Award and went on to win the ultimate British Franchisee Accolade - The British Franchise Association''s Franchisee of the Year. In 2006, Ken decided to put his franchising expertise into something more meaningful, where he could really make a difference. This saw him move into the care sector in 2007 and in 2011, he started building a care franchise through Right at Home UK which now has more than 60 offices. Ken sits on the Board of the UK''s biggest mobility aid company and is also Vice-Chairman of the British Franchise Association.
