Karolina is a former care worker who spent 12 years supporting people in their own homes before becoming a leader in the sector. She has been CEO of The Care Workers’ Charity since 2020. She represents the workforce at every opportunity, as a member of multiple advisory boards and as part of the leadership team for IMPACT, the UK centre for implementing evidence in adult social care. She is passionate about social care and social justice and never misses a chance to advocate for care workers.
