I completed over 31 years as an operational firefighter in the former Mid Glamorgan and
subsequently South Wales Fire & Rescue Services, and Mid & West Wales Fire Service, serving and ensuring the safety of the various communities in South Wales.
Tower Fire Ltd, formerly Fire Training Wales, was formed and has been in operation since
November 2005. We have gradually built the business over the years and now work with
companies such as The AA, Rolls Royce, The Royal Mint, Airbus, The Welsh Assembly,
several high profile Care Providers, such as Leonard Cheshire Disability, Hallmark Care,
Barchester, Larchwood Care Homes, Healthcare Management Solutions, Valorum Care,
Caron Group as well as numerous smaller companies.
Tower Fire Ltd was born out of a passion to deliver the highest quality fire safety solutions
on the market today. We believe in empowering individuals to make the right choices to
save people’s lives when the time comes. We achieve this by delivering gold standard
training, fire risk assessments and bringing innovative products to the market that
maximise fire safety in the workplace.
As the Operations Director I oversee the day-to-day operations of the Company along
with planning long-term projects. Having a detailed background and the underpinning
knowledge about Fire Safety, gives myself and the Company the professional ability to
consult and advise on all fire safety matters.
