Linniar’s quality improvement platform is used by nearly 50% of care home providers in Australia and New Zealand. Launching in the UK, this presentation will demonstrate how use of the platform can reduce risk, and improve quality of care. Using data from Australia we will quantify relationships between audit results and resident satisfaction as well as between platform use and the risk of non-compliance notices from regulators.
