With the many barriers the sector is currently facing, experiential training can help to bridge the gap between the care we are able to provide at the present time and where we would like to get to and this session will explore how we can achieve this. We will be discussing the role experiential training solutions, such as the Virtual Dementia Tour, can play in improving the lives of people receiving care and support. We will be looking into how experiential training solutions are already achieving this, and we will be looking towards the future and discussing where experiential training goes next to continue pushing the boundaries of what is achievable.
