Technology: Bridging the gap between Health and Social Care

22 Mar 2023
Digital and Technology

In recent months, it has become more apparent that there are persistent gaps between expenditure on funding for provisions in healthcare in comparison to social care, particularly when it relates to technology. With increasing pressure to establish care packages for those ready to leave hospital settings, the small budgets and demands on systems are making reaching prompt time frames for producing these even more challenging. In this panel discussion, our experts will look at the challenges that the social care sector is facing in the space and how technology can pay a crucial part to reaching the goal of more integrated care systems. Whether that be in areas such as better use of electronic health records or addressing protocols on care protocols.
