The care industry is expanding rapidly as our population ages and requires more support. This presents exciting opportunities for meaningful and rewarding careers. However, the care sector often suffers from negative perceptions and faces challenges in recruiting and retaining staff.

This panel discussion aims to highlight the vast potential for dynamic careers within the care sector. Our expert speakers will explore the current state of the industry and how roles in care and community support services offer endlessly diverse job possibilities.
