Proactive use of digital solutions like remote monitoring can provide essential insight into the behaviours and wellbeing of people in care, in order to keeping them living safely and independently for longer, while alleviating the significant pressure on health and social care teams.

However, we know there are barriers to overcome before new solutions can be rolled out - from choosing the right technology for your organisation's challenges and gaining senior buy-in, to funding and procurement.

In this session, Lilli will address how remote monitoring has been successfully implemented across the country and how teams have tackled these challenges head on to achieve outstanding results. Diving into the evidence, Lilli will share real-world examples of how remote monitoring has had a difference to resource, budgets and care outcomes, and explore helpful tools to help you make remote monitoring a reality in your organisation.
